It is often triggered when we experience something new or unexpected that threatens our sense of self or when we feel we have little control over a situation. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. Learn what to do and the best times to respond or react. This course includes meditation, targeted breathing, healthy diet and sleep information, tools, guides, and resources.
